Our specialty is apartments and flats in houses, not apartment buildings.

We offer a traditional apartment living experience.

Our philosophy is, if we would not want to live there, we would not own it.

Our portfolio of apartments offers a broad range of living experiences, from studio to six bedroom units.

We are situated on the Halifax Peninsula.  We have locations in Halifax’s trendy North End and in the super convenient South End with locations close to universities, shopping, bus lines and beautiful neighborhoods.
